The staff are frequently rude, and I have noticed a concerning difference in how they interact with different racial groups. I have had multiple encounters where staff, particularly one Hispanic employee, argue with me about order accuracy. Even when I politely point out mistakes, they respond in a hostile, defensive manner, insisting I am wrong. I have repeatedly raised this issue, but nothing has changed. Although this location is close to my workplace, I cannot continue to tolerate this kind of poor service. I urge the management to address these issues immediately, as this ongoing behavior is unacceptable.
