- JKjean kim4 days ago2.0In general, we love Chipotle. This particular location was terrible. The service was inefficient and unbelievably slow. Workers standing around while customers waiting almost an hour for online orders.

They gave me half a scoop of chicken, which was unacceptable. I came in a few weeks later an hour and half before close, and they ran out of chicken! How you can not refill your most popular item is crazy to me! Will not return
- DIDanielle IversonApr 17, 20261.0This chipotle sucks I’ve gone there a few times in the last month and every time I go they are out of something first it was rice then veggies then it was chips and guac and now it was steak, also my daughter ordered a kids meal and they tried to not give her the chips that come with her meal when I brought it up they were very rude and had to go to the back to get her a chip bag, they were also out of the correct lid size for the smaller drink so we had to go without lids. The inside was also very dirty and unappetizing not the kind of atmosphere you would want in a restaurant
- TMTim MonsenApr 13, 20261.0Been here a couple times. I take an early lunch. Avoids lines and i can eat and get back to work. But if posted hours are open at 10:45 and you aren't ready to serve customers till 11. Change your hours of operations or get new employees to be open on time.
