  the staff is very rude and one was on their phone while the other was angry at everyone for no reason also the food was terrible and had a really weird smell to it

  I have trouble even giving them a 1! They don’t answer the phone! I ordered a philli steak & cheese but received two pieces of bread with spinach and tomato. No steak, no cheese, no peppers. NOTHING!! And no one to call and complain!!!

  The short younger girl that works there is rude and has a horrible attitude She seems to have a different hair color, wig or dreads each week. If she does not like her job working with customers then she should find another job or Subway needs to have her do work in the back. She huffs and puffs, rolls her eyes or makes rude comments if you ask for more than two slices of green pepper or onion or cucumber on the $16 footlong sandwich your buying. I cannot wait for Jersey Mikes to open, one particular day I witnessed how friggin rude and hateful she was to a customer that we walked out and went to Jimmy John's. There is an older lady there with glasses that is amazing, always smiling and friendly. I honestly feel sorry for her for having to work around such a negative person. if we walk in and Ms. ATTITUDE is working the we trun around and walk out and take our builsinesa to one of Subway's competitors. Seems like the Subway owners should review these posts and remedy the attitude and rudeness issue or they might end up like several others businesses in Decatur that went out of business.

  She is always mad and very rude. And she is putting vegetables by one or two slices and it’s freaking veggies sandwich it’s cost $11 and you can get two slices of onion, cucumber tomato. It’s ridiculous when someone order a meat sandwich they fill full and veggie sandwich just a couple slices. It doesn’t make sense to me. How come meat is cheaper than a veggie?

  The food is always good and made exactly how I ordered it but from time to time one of the employees got a bad attitude but as long as the service stays consistent and my food continues to be made quickly I have no issues continuing to spend my money here.
