I have given them too many times to change my opinion of this restaurant. They make the fries in advance and sit under the hot light to avoid lines. I can respect that to a degree. When those fries sit so long under the heat lamp and become greasy and limp, you all know better. Meals are not cheap and your customers deserve to receive what they pay for. A fresh, hot product. Mt. Zion McDonald’s, please re-train and serve fresh food and correct orders to the area that patronizes you.
