  Ive ordered from here for years now. The last year or so I've noticed a definite decline in service. Food is always good but I cant understand how it takes over an hour to recieve an order for one sandwich. I live less than five minutes from the store. This is an ongoing problem not a one off situation. Your food deserves better service. Do better.

  Order a toasted sandwich without cheese and leave without checking your order at your own risk.

  First time having Jimmy Johns. Very cool employees. They made a beautiful sandwich and were very kind especially to common customers. Employee named Kyra made a great sandwich for me and was extremely kind! The other employees were very kind and talkative while working and made a great atmosphere. Will be coming back!
