  Employees need to read the orders! This is the second time I have order the ham and cheese melt and added lettuce, crispy onions and vinegar and oil. And all I received was the ham and chesse nothing that I asked to be added. My husband ordered the chicken bacon ranch, hardly any chicken in it at all and it had horseradish sauce instead of ranch. This is absolutely ridiculous

  Food was good once I finally got it. Young lady that took our order was very nice and running drive thru as well as front counter, the African American lady was doing as good as she could running table alone , not sure about the girl with bright reddish pinkish dyed hair or her role but she didn’t seem to be doing much to help once she finally came out of the restroom and when she finally got on line to help I don’t recall seeing her wash her hands. I was hoping the little redhead manager with glasses was there, she is one of the friendliest people and emits such a good energy I am editing this review due to persisting issues at this location. This location has gone downhill very quickly for being so new. The daytime young man, I assume is the new manager, is one of the rudest young men I have ever met. JJ was always known for fast FRIENDLY service but not with such a snide arrogant person in charge. As a customer you should not have to hear the way he speaks to the employees right out in the open in front of other employees and customers! How unprofessional! How in the world did JJ find this piece of work and call him a manager? I truly would be surprised if a lawsuit doesn’t follow this guy and his treatment of his workers. Also on a separate note the ice machine spits out mold when getting ice for my cup! Please address these issues so this fantastic brand doesn’t end up closing for our town. I don’t have issue with other locations other than at the up north store you can go in at different times of the day and see what I am guessing are drivers sitting around while the rest of the staff works. The owner or franchise need to pull all of this behavior together because back in the day the old owner would have never tolerated such happenings. How disappointing.
