The girl who built my tacos was so nice and funny and made it exactly how I wanted it. Bree made ordering a great experience, unlike when I went to Chipotle, which had horrible service. That alone is worth returning for

If ppl in certain positions are going to be representing your company when they speak because they speak on behalf/for Qdoba make sure they are well trained.!! He had no knowledge of the services you guys offer(delivery) ,complained about making the chicken to me for my order, and had no ppl skills to go about fixing the issue and trying halfway to make sure the customer was happy these are all red flags of some one not ready for a role that Comes with many responsibilities he even sat the phone down mid conversation because he had no resolution. That is why I am here. If negative stars were part of the review I would give them.

Drove all the way back and was refused for them to just remake everything to have fresh food. Would not recommend customer service sucks.
