  Got my order wrong and when I called to see if I could go get the food I didn’t get, had the nerve to tell me to look at the receipt because I only got charged for what I got. I don’t care that you only charged me for the wrong shit! I had enough money to pay for what I actually ordered or I wouldn’t have ordered it. I don’t need your help budgeting my money I need you to pay attention and give me what I ordered. And sorry I didn’t double check my order on the screen but it’s their job to get it right. McDonald’s sucks anyway that’s the last time I’ll be going there

  I did a curbside pickup at the North Water St. location in Decatur, IL and it was brought out to me within 5 minutes of arrival. The employee was friendly and my order was correct. I will return to this location again for the great service!

  Ordered mccrispy strips. 10 PC nuggets 2 large fries. The strips were soft and not crispy and both of the fries were soft and undercooked. Also ordered a large sweat tea and the tea was out where you get your drinks from and the lady took the cup around back and filled the cup. Wasn't nearly as good as it normally is.

  Once just once I would love the person at the window to tell me thank you or even hello. It's always here, take your food, get out of my face basically.
