    Placed an order online. When my husband picked it up and brought it home, there was no drink and the burger was not what I ordered. I called to let them know he would be bringing it back and pick up the actual order placed online. The staff member was EXTREMELY rude and said it was my husbands fault. When trying to explain he didn't know what I ordered she got even worse. I am asking for a refund as it is not what I ordered and due to the hateful staff, we will not be returning to this location.

    Took my mom here to eat. When my mom need to use the restroom. I took her in because my mo. Is disabled so she has to use the handicapped stall so I can help her. But someone was in it so we waited a little bit. But she couldn't wait very much longer so I helped her as good as I could into the other stall. Which was very hard to do. When she got done I walked her over to the sink to wash her hands. And the person that came out of the handicapped stall was not handicapped at all and they we're a employee that works there. Kind massed up. If you are not handicapped you don't need to uses that stall at all that is for people that need it. So you need to tell your employees that they not do that.

    Multiple employees just standing around and/or going extremely slow with no regard to customers. Was waiting on two blizzards. The employee made one, put it IN THE FREEZER, walked away to go talk to someone, then minutes later made the other blizzard, while still talking and being distracted. Took over ten minutes for two blizzards when they were slow. Meanwhile, employees are standing around doing nothing while other customers were in line behind me and hadn't even had their orders taken yet. Absolutely ridiculous.
