  I had order some boneless chicken they charged me $12 for literally 5 pieces of breading and no chicken in it. Do NOT recommend.

  I did a DoorDash order got a buffalo chicken wrap some mozzarella sticks and a burger and all of it was extremely cold. The cheese on the burger wasn’t even melted. The cheese on the wrap was not melted the mozzarella sticks I’m pretty sure they weren’t even done all the way the food was extremely cold like it had been sitting on standby I will never ever order or go back to this place again I’m very disappointed I guess I should of read the reviews first

  I recently visited this Buffalo Wild Wings GO location and had a disappointing experience. I walked in as a paying customer and presented a $10 coupon I had received from another Buffalo Wild Wings location in Forsyth. The supervisor, Jordan, told me they could not accept it because they had never seen one like it and claimed there was no code. After returning to my car to double-check, I found that the coupon did in fact have a code and brought that to his attention. He then stated they could not honor it because their store is a franchise and not affiliated with the Forsyth location. I completely understand that different locations may have different policies, and I was not upset that the coupon couldn’t be used. What bothered me was the lack of effort to help in any way. No alternative, no suggestion, no attempt to contact someone higher up — just a refusal. In today’s world, kindness and customer service matter. I wasn’t asking for anything free or unreasonable, just to feel valued as a customer who chose to visit this new local location instead of driving 20 minutes to another one. I left feeling dismissed over a $10 coupon, which is unfortunate because I live nearby and was hoping this would become my go-to spot. I hope management encourages staff to show more flexibility, empathy, and willingness to help customers in the future. Do better.

  Called order in 2 days ahead. Picked up pizza and went to get my wings. Employee couldn’t find my order, even though it was in their computer. Told me he would bring it to me in my vehicle in 20 min. I went in 30 min later to inquire, I was told they didn’t have my order and they would refund my money. Went home without wings and with cold pizza. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
