  Completely frustrated this morning I stop every morning on my way to work five days a week at the same time every day at 6:15 in the morning I worked long days. I asked the guy about the promotion today for the coasters which he said yes doesn’t really start till 7 AM but I got you mind you anytime I’ve ever came in the morning. I’ve never even asked about the promotion. They’ve always just given me whatever it is no questions asked this guy not my normal people that wait on me in the morning brings me my drinks out so I was like yeah sure I’ll buy two brought me my drinks out and then was like well. we can’t do it until after 7 AM. My manager is here and I’m like then you can take one of these drinks off cause that’s the only reason I bought two and he’s like well. I can’t do that. I’ll be. I’ll take your name and save you one. You can come get it later today or tomorrow, I am highly doubting that that’s going to be the occurrence. Complete lack of customer service by this little idiot that was working there this morning for a loyal customer who was here every day.

  In the year and a half I’ve been coming to this location, service has really went downhill. Yesterday I sat in the far lane for 15 minutes with three cars in front of me. The other lane closest to the building had at least seven or eight cars orders taken, and drinks delivered before mine was even taken. One girl was trying to take everybody’s order while another gentleman stood at the window, staring at everybody. Total time I spent was about 30 minutes to get my drink. I think it’s time I start going back to Starbucks where I know service is a priority.

  The visit today was not pleasant, there was no greeting, just you got a phone number? My blondie was lacking flavor and seemed like it was mostly half and half with Caramel on the bottom 😕 My husband ordered the new spring mocha brunette which is supposed to have whip cream and caramel drizzle and it didn’t have any toppings.

  I think having a dual drive through is a great idea as long as they can keep track of who came first and in my experience most of the time they do. I mentioned it to one girl ,curious as to how they know, since it had been a few times now and she said I was rude. Then I remebered this was the same girl who always commented about my cc because I guess im old and out of date using the chip still. Maybe this why she takes ao long to come to me? I had no idea it was such a problem. Its wild I get along with everyone else and genuinely loved that place and friendly people but she has ruined it totally time and time again. I think its another corporation that gives you endless phone numbers and automated replys with no genuin care. I see that now trying to talk to a manager. Ill be going more twords smaller mom and pop types. I should have anyways along time ago. More care when dealing with the mom and pop shops!!! Not just fast paced lost connection snob that will keep doing this to people because there is litterslly no way to report her. Beyond rude and I knew how to say please and thank you and apologize kindly apparently she picked up on none of my kindnesses nor have ever been taught any! Sorry to be such an inconvenience to the new age fast paced coffee business world daily. Byeeee. This is the part I give nicer people my money. P.s. I think its also reckless and dangerous having these young people popping in and out and crossing in front of the coffee hyped drivers all day with NO ⚠️ warning at all!!
