It comes with the meal its obvious they cant hire any English speakers who can follow basic directions. the food tasted horrible and I work for one of the biggest food service companies in the world so its really not hard to follow directions unless obviously you speak no english and don't care to learn. stay away from this mcdonnalds unless you want missing food items and disappointment
