I asked the person working the deli, the how old the fried chicken was, and she said she didn't know. So I ended up buying the bucket of wings. They are old! Dried out and not good. The store is dirty and out of a lot of the basics. The Darien Jewel needs a make over. Last night their was a really rude male Jewel employee over seeing the self-check area, making jokes about foreign customers that didn't speak English very well. He is 🤢 gross and offensive!.

The last time I was in there, self checkout was about eight people deep. The one and the only cashier checkout line was about the same amount of people.And the customer service worker said that that's all that was scheduled was three people.And one had to be called in.So what are you guys doing?Because all of the shelves were bare, there was a sign saying minimum of four gallons of milk, and shopping looked like it was coming up on the end of the world because the shelves were so empty. How does management put that on their resume?Or does it come from corporate these crappy decisions?
