Afterwards I received an email with my total amount overcharged $239.40. I went into store for customer service only to find out only pickup orders requires Drive up service department to fix this! Oh and their manager was not on duty so no one can process refund? Wow.... what a mess.... no one could explain why 5 lobsters suddenly turned to 65 losters in email, and on the app showing 5 lobsters = $259.35? Oh my, what accuracy??? Talk about scam! I had to call next day to get my refund (oh the manager still not there! BTW)... I've been customer for 20 years and this is definitely the most disappointing experience

I asked him to put in a water exchange for me at self checkout, he put it through and was talking to another customer and called this job the lower depths of human interaction. As he walked away an associate ID alert came on the screen and when I called him over he gave me attitude and talked to me in a rude manner as if it were my fault he said, are you paying with cash or card? I replied card and he tapped at the screen to rush me out of there. This wasn’t the first time I encountered this person, but every time I do it isn’t pleasant.
