  Workers are rude... and everytime i order a sandwich, the bread is burnt. This is not a good dunkin.

  This dunkin has gone downhill so fast over the last couple of months. They used to be my go to dunkin where I never had any issues, now every single food and drink item I purchase is almost always disgusting. Every latte I order I end up drinking ground espresso straight out of the cup which is disgusting (is this because the machines are not being cleaned out or what?) and any cold brew/coffee tastes like water with milk. Food items are hit or miss - some are fine, some are half assed. Not asking a lot here, just asking for my shit to be done correctly since I am paying for it with my money??? Don’t waste your hard earned money here and find a different Dunkin to go to!

  This place has gone downhill fast. The girl at the counter doesn’t even understand English, and the coffee tastes like straight-up water. It’s honestly pathetic — I’m done wasting money here. Never coming back.

  I usually prefer Dunkin’ over Starbucks — something about Dunkin’s coffee just hits right, and even their cold water tends to taste fresher. But this particular location really misses the mark. From the moment I walked in, it felt like a completely different Dunkin’. The quality, service, and overall atmosphere were nowhere near what I’ve come to expect from the brand. It honestly makes me wonder if corporate has ever checked in on this store, because it could really use some serious retraining to maintain Dunkin’s usual standards. To make matters worse, they close the inside early, leaving only the drive-thru open during the early evening hours — which is highly inconvenient for regular customers who prefer to come in, sit down, or order inside. Overall, this is one of the most disappointing Dunkin’ locations I’ve ever visited. I genuinely hope management or corporate takes notice and works to bring this store up to the level that truly represents the Dunkin’ name.

  Same experience as previously reported. Coffee taste like water and cream. No coffee flavor at all. Called to let them know. They said the pot was fresh. Not sure what the issue is. Maybe the machine or maybe reusing the coffee grinds for more than one pot? Won't be back.
