They used to be my go to dunkin where I never had any issues, now every single food and drink item I purchase is almost always disgusting. Every latte I order I end up drinking ground espresso straight out of the cup which is disgusting (is this because the machines are not being cleaned out or what?) and any cold brew/coffee tastes like water with milk. Food items are hit or miss - some are fine, some are half assed. Not asking a lot here, just asking for my shit to be done correctly since I am paying for it with my money??? Don’t waste your hard earned money here and find a different Dunkin to go to!
