- JHJ HMar 27, 20261.0DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DRIVE 1.5 MILES TO THE NORTH & GO TO JIMMY JOHNS! This place is a dump and the employees are incompetent and can't read an order ticket or screen. Placed order online, picked up, ordered extra turkey and mayo. Got none of it. Almost $14 sandwhich with taxes. No mayo at all. Not what I would consider extra turkey either. At least Jimmy Johns gives you what you order and never had an order wrong up there. Last dollar any Subway gets of mine.
- AMAiriel MaranaMar 3, 20262.0I went today to place an order online for the Gilbert street location. The website needs updating. It kept saying "error code" each time i tried placing the order even before i got to the put in your card part. I signed up for the rewards program and it gave me a code to use for a 6.99 foot long. It wouldn't work but I was just given it so it wasn't old. So I decided to go through the drive thru and ask if I could use the code because their website constantly glitched. I was polite and friendly but felt it was annoying i just got told straight up "No sorry we can't do anything or take your coupon" So i just left. The person was kind when telling me but if this were me i would've asked my manager if i could help the person out. Just me. Lastly when trying to call it goes to a fax machine sound and no one picks up.
- DLDawn LifesnotfreeOct 24, 20234.0Ordered through drive-through. Waited at least 20 minutes, ok. Thought they must have been busy inside. No, just too busy talking to each other. Once we got our order, it was mostly correct. We were not going to drive 15 miles back to get it corrected 🙄
