- AMAiriel Marana2 days ago2.0I went today to place an order online for the Gilbert street location. The website needs updating. It kept saying "error code" each time i tried placing the order even before i got to the put in your card part. I signed up for the rewards program and it gave me a code to use for a 6.99 foot long. It wouldn't work but I was just given it so it wasn't old. So I decided to go through the drive thru and ask if I could use the code because their website constantly glitched. I was polite and friendly but felt it was annoying i just got told straight up "No sorry we can't do anything or take your coupon" So i just left. The person was kind when telling me but if this were me i would've asked my manager if i could help the person out. Just me. Lastly when trying to call it goes to a fax machine sound and no one picks up.
