I placed an order through the app and arrived after receiving the notification that my pizza was ready. When I went into the store, I was told to wait outside and informed that it would be another 20 minutes, even though I had placed the order well in advance. Several other customers who came in for their pickups were also told to wait in their cars. What made the situation worse was the employee’s rude attitude about the delay, especially since the app clearly indicated the order was ready. I normally wouldn’t say anything, but being told my order was ready only to wait nearly 30 more minutes in the parking lot was unacceptable. I’ve ordered from this location many times before, and the pizzas are usually ready in about 10 minutes, sometimes even faster. This was a major letdown compared to the usual service.

The manager is always polite and helpful and she put up with a lot and definitely deserves to be acknowledged for that and how she handles her employees as well as customers is top notch! She is fair and actually listens to the person. She handles customers and employees very professionally!
