    If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered two pizzas, and when they never arrived, I contacted the store. I was told by a manager that the driver couldn’t find my address and brought the pizzas back to the store. Instead of trying to contact me, they simply gave up on the delivery. What’s worse they told me that if I still wanted my order, I would have to pay again. When I asked why, I was told the refund had already been processed and could take up to 35 days to return to my account. So let me get this straight,no phone call, no attempt to resolve the issue, and now I’m expected to pay again and wait over a month for my money back? Completely unacceptable customer service. Do better.

    Ordered pizza received at 5:09 said will be ready at 5:28 to 5:38. We got into parking lot (on our way home) at 5:20(new we would be waiting). I checked at 5:28 says it was still being prepared. Checked at 5:38 says it was still being prepared. Checked at 5:48 says it was still being prepared so I went to window. Said it will be another 25 minutes. I finally was able to pick up the pizza at 6:20. Sat in the parking lot with 2 children. To top it off... No apology no nothing. They treated it like business as usual. I can expect a bad day. If there is a bad day service usually apologizes. But when they don't even apologize for making a customer wait in your parking lot for an hour and not say a word then to me it tells me that they are numb to the lack of consideration to their customers and it's just usual business. 20 to 30 minutes my rear!

    Decent food but 2 hour wait time for pickup is ridiculous. If you don't mind ordering early and eating really late, this is the place to go!

    I ordered an extravaganza pizza and asked that the olives, mushroom, and Canadian bacon be limited one side. I ordered this pizza at 11:18pm, quality check was completed at 11:46pm and did not receive my pizza until 12:20am. When I received my pizza, it was cold and the toppings that I asked for on one side were completely left off and the pizza was not hot at all. I live 2-3 minutes away from the store. This was a Thursday evening meaning they closed at 12am, I attempted to call the store to ask for an ETA prior to delivery and received a closed message so I also wasn’t able to submit my complaint. I reached out the next morning regarding the issue, an assistant manager took my information for a general evening manager to reach out when they arrived but I never heard anything back. I reached out the following Monday due to Super Bowl weekend. Instead of trying to rectify THEIR mistake, their MOD argued with me that they can only fix issues the day of as if I could’ve contacted them and told me they do not send out cold food as if I was lying. I have time stamped photos of this pizza and receipt of arrival time. This location is notorious for doing whatever they want near closing time and giving the run around about fixing the issues. The “right manager” is never present according to the staff. Time stamped photos attached, the pizza doesn’t look hot or fresh at all and nothing extravaganza about it.
