- ZRZevin RouseMar 18, 20262.0When i was customer, this place was lowkey straight buns. Service was awful and tables were not clean. When i started working here it was the same thing. Friends of mine would only eat here if i was cooking said food or was being an impromptu server. that should not be the case customers should be served quickly.when i was a customer 2 months ago the server (you know who you are) was just plain rude to me and my friends and the food was very obviously sitting under the heat lamp for at least 30 mins. 2/10 at best.

- BLBen LehmannFeb 12, 20261.0I went to the Danville Illinois location 2/11/26 8:30 pm ish. There was somewhere an around 30 people seated. I noticed a man waiting, who seemed upset, then I saw the sign, it said. Wait time 1.5 hrs, no one spoke to me, so I left. I will not be back to that location.

We were one of two, count em, two tables in the restaurant. When we walked in, there was a woman sitting right next to the front desk. After waiting 5 minutes, someone else seated is. It turns out, this was the manager. She never spoke to us. When our food arrived, the em was cold. Unfortunately, this is not our first bad experience with this franchise. It's really gone downhill.
