I took it back to the counter and asked for the manager. The girl, Erica, said she was the manager. I told her all the food was cold and s h e refused to remake it, even though there were 5-6 other employees standing around doing nothing. I asked for the name of her boss and she said to call corporate and took my food, refusing a refund as well. I never got food or a refund for the money we spent. I called corporate and they said they'd call me back. I will never go to this particular taco bell as long as Ericka is there. I may file a police report for failure to provide food and taking my money!
