  A group order was placed for a business lunch, and although the order was submitted, accepted, and reconfirmed by Outback Steakhouse (as well as a status of “Order is on track” and “will be ready soon”), nothing was prepared or ready upon arrival, and a sign on the door said not open until 3pm. This was highly inconvenient for those expecting a lunch, as well as for the individual who placed and drove to pick to the order. Very unprofessional - will definitely not be ordering from again in the future.

  Colin was a fantastic waiter. Our daughter has a food allergy and he made that his top priority when serving us. The food was great, Colin was great, and the restaurant itself was clean and a great environment. 6 stars

  I had the worst meal ever. Multiple times I have gotten the twin tail lobsters with sweet potato and asparagus. One of the tails was 2 inches long. The other was 3 inches long and extremely rubbery. The asparagus was overcooked mush and stringy. I wish I had taken pictures. I was too absorbed in the final four games at the time.I’ll go back to Texas roadhouse and get salmon instead. Not worth a $50 dinner for minuscule size lobster tails. Never again.

  Just had a very pleasurable dining experience here at the Outback in Crystal Lake. Our waiter, Adam, went above and beyond to keep our service top notch while also fun and entertaining. The hostesses and busboy we spoke with were also very kind. Overall, great location, with most importantly, great food!

  Adam E., our server, was excellent!! We have had him as our server in the past. My daughter and I dined at the Crystal Lake location on March 14. Adam was friendly, accommodating, and efficient. He always goes above and beyond. I will ask for him on my future visits. The hostess, food runners, and busser were also very good. My Hooley Dooley Coconut Shrimp (8 large shrimps) with a sweet potato and broccoli were so so yummy. It was a large-size portion (minimum 2 meals). Took home the leftovers along with a piece of carrot cake. It was heavenly delicious later that night. Love dining at this restaurant and location! Was recently at an Arizona location and the service was just as exceptional.
