This location is clean and the colors are vibrant, truly taking me to a tropical paradise, even just for a few minutes. The staff is friendly, fast, and the shop is always clean. We also use them for catering all the time, and they never disappoint. Orders are accurate, on time, beautifully packaged, and a total crowd-pleaser. Whether it’s a quick smoothie run or a catered meeting, they knock it out of the park every single time. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I placed an online order today and it went to a chicago location (my mistake, but an honest one). I noticed when I went to pick up my order, I spoke to the manager/owner who was working and explained the mixup and requested if they could help me out and make the order. They flat out told me no, and stated they cannot help me because they wont make any money from me. Most respectable business owners understand good customer service, however this franchise clearly doesn't value it's customers, only their profits.
