- ACAngela ChilcoatDec 15, 20251.0As I am Sitting and waiting for a handicap spot because my husband has SMA and there’s only a few spots to begin with with the stripes so his lift can get out and this whole holiday season Portillo‘s decided to park there refrigerator rentals, and it took a handicap spots with the stripes instead of the area where people are perfectly capable, and as we were waiting, there was a lady with no handicap placard who decided to take a handicap spot because she’s special because she has a dog. This is why I like, staying home and not going out in the real world because they do not make things handicap, friendly. This is just ridiculous.
