- AEandrea earlFeb 24, 20261.0I came in yesterday to pick up my antibiotic prescription through the Drive Up and Go program because I was suffering from a sinus infection and pink eye. The treatment I received from your associates was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I was first told that my prescription was not ready and that my doctor had not sent it in. This was untrue. I had already received a text message clearly stating that my prescription was ready, along with the pickup code. Despite providing this information, another associate came out with a dismissive and rude attitude, telling me they did not have my order, that prescription orders could not be handled through Drive Up and Go, and that I needed to come inside to retrieve it myself. It was only after speaking with Teresa, the pharmacist, that I was informed my prescription was indeed ready and that the delay was due to the Drive Up and Go staff not bringing it out. I appreciate her professionalism and clarification. To make matters worse, when the prescription was finally brought to my vehicle, the male associate threw it through my passenger window after I provided the pickup code. This behavior was disrespectful and completely inappropriate. This entire experience demonstrated a lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service.

She is never around to the point, the male Stockman have come up with a song relating her name to Dora the Explorer because I always have to go searching for her and half the time she’s hanging out in the bathroom for 20 minutes. There’s been so many times where I just walked out in the middle of the night because there’s nobody to check me out. Half of those times she comes out of the bathroom and it makes me wonder if she even washed her hands. She intentionally puts dessert items on their sides and crushes them. Flowers always get destroyed. I don’t know it’s like she’s miserable or something either way it’s not a good look. Please open a self check out registry at night at this is highly inconvenient when I come here 3-4 nights a week and half the time I’m driving to woodmans because they can’t find ten cashier here.
