Me and my boyfriend just wanted a snack to snack on so we got their jalapeño cheddar bites. They say they had to make more that if we can pull up to the side and wait we waited 10 minutes for A 20 piece 10 in each bag. We didn’t mind because they would be Fresh so we thought the first bag was fine. My boyfriend had an all his I was letting mine cool down because I thought they were fresh. When I went to get take a bite, they were hard as can be uneditable. I was very upset because why was I told that they were gonna be fresh and waited 10 minutes for a 20 piece of jalapeño bites. If they had touched a single one of the old ones They would tell that it was an edible and hard and they should’ve thrown those away but instead, they served it too me. . I work at a deli even I know that Something has been sitting there too long to throw it out and make fresh ones..

I then pulled up to the window and she was so full of life and happy. She asked my kids if they wanted a crown and that put the biggest smiles on their faces. I will be coming back and I hope she is there to greet me again.

I’m sure that’s the case, more than a week before Halloween. If this was a mega popular item sure, but it’s not. Lazy employees not working until the end of their shift. I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

I get to the window and it’s the same loud girl with green hair and piercings on her face. She gives me my food and I got hit with the scent of beer! I get to my job because I was on my lunch break we only get 30 min and come to find out I didn’t get at all what I ordered! I didn’t have enough time to come back I just ended up throwing it away and got something from the vending machine. Not a pleasant experience, $20 wasted. I’ll be going elsewhere next time.
