Manager said “sorry we didn’t expect to be this packed” it’s the Bears playoff game! How is the manager not ready or prepared for to be full and busy? It’s blows my mind. And the girl at the front kept saying “it’s gonna take a little longer” like 6 times! I called, I placed an order, get it ready by 8:30. How hard is that? I told the lady upfront it wasn’t her fault and management sucks! This is why this place is always empty most of the year.

I am not sure if it's a lack of training for the servers or the people in the kitchen. As many times as I've gone, you wait 30 minutes for cold food. We thought we would give it one more chance and nothing has changed. There were maybe 8 tables when we sat down. The excuse from the server on the delay was they had a lot of to go orders. That doesn't mean the food should be cold! When we were leaving we could see the kitchen area, the window where the food was sitting was full. I dont know how your servers make money like this. I feel badly for them.
