  Should have read the reviews before going here. Will never go there again when there are a million and one other options just on that one stretch of road. Place was empty for a Friday night- first red flag when we drove by several other chains where the parking lot was packed. Usually most BWW we have been to before are fairly busy. Our server had us and one other table. The service was HORRIBLE. Most of the time he was MIA. Supposedly our server was new and in training (although there was no one training him). It took forever to take our order. Forgot drinks and had to be reminded numerous times just to get the first drinks out. NEVER once checked on drink refills. We had to get up and go to the bar for lemonade and water refills and place new drink orders. Also tried to order another drink from the bar and bartender said they’d get it right away- then proceeded to go talk to the waitresses and another bar patron and never brought the drink so told them to forgot about it. The place was so poorly managed. We had to ask for silverware and napkins, some food came out cold, which is no excuse because the place was practically empty! My husband finally had to get up to go find our waiter to make him print the check right there so we could pay and leave. Took well over 2 hours there because the service was so bad. No one at the entrance to greet people. When we politely made a comment about how bad the service/experience was to a lady that came out from the kitchen on our way out, she said well, the waiters were all in training and so was the bartender. Well who was training them!? They were no where to be seen! Can’t fault the servers if they aren’t being properly trained and thrown to the wolves. Coming from a family of restaurant owners, this experience was awful. I don’t know how they’re even still in business, but with how empty it was and prior reviews, may not stay that way for long. Owner needs to make sure their employees are properly trained and have a good manager on site. In a area with so many other good options, will most definitely not be back here, especially with a $130 tab and subpar food and terrible service!

  Main thing I liked about this place is when they had a new flavor of Mountain Dew. Otherwise there lemon pepper wings taste good. That's usually what I buy

  Haven't always gotten the best pieces of chicken with their boneless wings ... can't chew 'em all. But their All-American smash burgers have always pleased the crowd.

  Buffalo Wild Wings WAS my favorite place to go to until NOW , service was terrible, my food was fine but my husbands food was cold and he even found a hairrrrr in it (gross) lack of bringing drinks and checking on our table and so much attitude coming from the server , if u don’t want to serve with good etiquette or manner then maybe you shouldn’t be a server (Don’t have to ruin our experience because the server has issues herself, serving isn’t for some people clearly and I myself am a server and have never gotten a complaint from any of my tables because I am on top of my things and know how to handle things right) this isn’t the only Buffalo Wild Wings either , never coming back to this terrible place.
