The coffee is okay nothing special and I specifically asked for light ice and they gave me a whole cup full of ice, the lady that took my order was super rude gave them a tip and she looked at me like im crazy or something definitely wont be coming back to this location!
It’s been ok so far. I’ve gone a few times. The music is kind of loud and chaotic at 7 am. I don’t like the pressure for the customer to tip on an already $7 coffee. They stare at you while you choose if you’re going to tip or not. The times I didn’t, their attitude towards me changed for the rest of the interaction. If you’re making a standard wage , tips should not be expected. I was a server at a restaurant and made $1.25 an hour and relied on tips. I don’t believe that is how these employees are paid so the workers expecting tips is what makes me want to go elsewhere honestly.
I paid $17 for two energy drinks. One was made exactly right, but the other was completely off and honestly undrinkable. It tasted like cinnamon was added, even though that wasn’t part of the order at all.
What’s frustrating is that I reordered the exact same drink I got yesterday, and it was perfect then—so this wasn’t a complicated or custom request. Something clearly went wrong this time.
I try to be understanding, but for the price, consistency matters. I’d really appreciate more attention to detail when preparing orders.

The employee who took our order seemed very shy, which made it difficult to communicate effectively, especially since the role in the job involves frequent customer interaction. She appeared socially awkward and was unable to answer our questions about the menu, even after we explained it was our first visit. There was also a misunderstanding with our drink order; we asked for an energy drink, and despite clarifying multiple times, she indicated it wasn't the right one. When we mentioned this to the person handing out the drinks, his only response was "oh, okay." Overall, it was a disappointing first experience.
I only go to 7 Brew because my wife likes their Banana Bread Blondie. It never fails though they screw up on at least one of the drinks every time. Then the workers have the audacity to get upset when you ask them to fix it, especially if they screw up your drink twice in a row. Furthermore only a small fraction of their drinks actually taste like what they should. Still can't figure if its because of poor service, and not paying attention to what they are doing, or if their recipes just suck that back. Example, try ordering the Cookie and Cream shake, I dare you. Taste nothing like Cookie and cream.
