  Found this in my doughnut. Doughnuts aren’t even made in the store nor fresh. I was offered a $25 gift card. Imagine if my kids swallowed this.

  This is now the sixth time we’ve come to this location and had issues with our cold foam drinks. Every time we visit around 2–3 PM, we experience the same problem and level of service. Today, we ordered two cold foam coffees, and once again, they were made incorrectly—no cold foam, and the color was noticeably off. I brought this to the employee’s attention, and his response was simply, “Oh.” When I asked for the drinks to be remade, he told me he couldn’t because they were out of caramel. He then went to the garbage, pulled out the sauce top and bottle to show us it had been thrown away, and immediately handled our drinks—touching around the lids—without washing his hands. When I pointed out that he should wash his hands, he briefly looked and said, “Yeah, you’re probably right.” At that point, we were uncomfortable with the situation and chose to cancel our order. We ended up going to another location to get our drinks. I’m not sure what’s going on at this store, but this has been a repeated issue, and it really needs to be addressed.

  Decided to go drive 15min to get a coffee this morning. All parking spots are faded even where employees are parked against fence. There's parking right next to drive through with faded lines with more then plenty of space for drive through people and maybe even if a car wanted to pass them on the side. Walk in to make a order and was greeted rudely by a lady screaming "Someone better move that car" my buddy and I paused thinking it was a joke. And then she proceeded to yell "thats not a parking spot and your car needs to move" with other things said as well. The coworker near the drive through window looked at her, and said yes theres parking literally right there. No misunderstanding here. Customer in drive through was laughing at you for your stupidity. You dont scream at customers as they walk through the door no matter what. My business will go elsewhere.

  I went into get coffee this morning and put my order in around 7:10 AM. I get there and the line is long at the drive thru and I have to get to work so I go inside and stand in line for over 10 or more minutes before I’m even acknowledged(it was busier than usual) but still not even acknowledged. When I am spoken to I’m told they’re out of coffee and they’re making more. At this point I’ve been there 15 or 20 minutes and I’m rushed for time to get to work. After 5 more minutes(now 7:30) I still have yet to receive my coffee I tell them to just dump it and forget it. So I paid for a coffee that I’ll never see and had horrible service. I HIGHLY recommend not going to this location and I’ll be vocal to all my friends and family to avoid this place as well.

  This use to be the best dunkin around. A month or two ago they changed all the employees and now the coffee is garbage everytime and the food is eh. It use to be good every time. This was my morning coffee place and my lunch stop everyday. Not anymore.
