Being that this is a newer location, we’d think they wouldn’t have as many issues, but they are always out of Baja blast drinks or the pop machine isn’t working, there’s often only one type of sauce, and most importantly, items from our order are always missing regardless of if we use the app or not. Hard shell tacos are also often messy or the shells are broken. Given the rise in cost in Taco Bell, this is unacceptable. Not sure if it’s the lack of staff training or other factors but this location needs to get it together

The Gordita shell was extremely hard—I couldn’t even eat it. On top of that, no sauce was included with my order. I’ve had this food before and it was never like this, so something has definitely changed. Whether it’s new staff or lack of attention, the quality has gone downhill. Please slow down and be more careful when preparing food—people deserve meals that are fresh and properly made.
