I get home and find a nasty, cold, soggy burger. What kind of incompetent idiocy is this? Stop hiring illiterate people who can't read on a basic kindergarten level. Wendy's Support didn't even offer me a free sandwich to compensate but wanted me to use a discounted offer. Pathetic! Every Wendy's I go to is disgusting and has incompetent employees.
