  I was very disappointed in my experience at this location. After dining before at other locations I was very aware and accustomed to how the quality should be. This was my first time at this location because we were passing by. My beef had very little meat as well as not fully dipped - and I ordered triple dipped. The shakes were shameful. The cup was so light it felt empty. And when I looked inside it was basically foam. We went through drive through so all this wasn't discovered until we were home. VERY disappointed and will pass this one up if I'm

  It saddens me to write this review. I have been coming to this Portillo's for 30 years. I brought my wife here all while we we're dating. Today I had a problem with a customer in the line. A sign was posted instructing us to form 2 lines. I asked if she(the customer)was in line she clearly was waiting for someone,she said yes so I got in the other line. Once her boyfriend came in she left her line and got in front of me and started screaming that I went in front of her. The manager came over and immediately served the young lady and her boyfriend. Afterwards she walked away from the register without so much a word to me. I sincerely wish i could post a picture of the distain on her face as she walked away without taking my order. The customer was white and of course so was the manager. I would have just left but i wanted to have my receipt to submit a survey. Portillo's I would like to apologize for being born black. I can't speak for us all, but I personally would like just an inkling of pretend respect when spending my hard earned funds at your establishment. Which won't be happening ever again.

  Portillos is my favorite place for Italian beef, especially with sweet and hot peppers! They can get backed up during dinner time, but ordering takeaway out on their app is quick and easy!

  This place needs a refresh, badly. They haven't done much to it since they built it and it shows. The food is still fair to good quality and the service was ok, but the restaurant has seen better days.

  The first time I came here the employees were so rude, I almost didn't want to eat the food. There is no reason to slam my food down on the counter, turn your back to me, and never call numbers for orders when there are always people waiting for food. The second time I came in, I pre ordered the food, so I didn't have to interact with them.
