But I’m not sure how long this old man been working over night or I’m not sure if he needs a nap but he has the worse customer service ever and don’t know how to talk to people. I wanted the cookie butter ice coffee but I wanted made like the cookie butter latte which is just with the cold foam and cookie butter topping. He had the audacity to tell me I can’t have that choose one either you want the cookie butter latte or the cookie butter ice coffee like what? I always ordered it just like that it never had an issue. It’s just how u talk to people and for him saying that I just left the drive thru I didn’t even want anything.
