He recommended the bacon sandwich yet I don’t like turkey bacon. So no for me, I will stick to my original old school Philly. I let him know how I want my food. It’s time to pay I have a coupon that says if you purchase a large Philly, you get fries and a drink for free! So yes that came out to be $14.75. As he is fixing my food I noticed he only put salt on them fries. I immediately asked can you please drop me some fresh fries! He gives me one of the fries, I say yes hot but they are old greasy! Can I please get new fries. He wanted me to pay for more fries! I said No all I am asking if for fresh fries! I was told No he can take my name and number the manager will contact you! Now respectfully I said all I am saying is I am not satisfied with my food can you please drop fresh fries. Let me also say he didn’t make my sandwich correct the first time. He had no problem fixing my sandwich! When he told me a manager has to get my information I just called to police! He started to get loud with me so I started to record. I asked for the manager information and was told he is the owner! Now all of this for fresh fries. When the police came he wanted to get louder and didn’t want to give me a refund for my money. No fresh food he didn’t even want to let me get my drink! So I asked the police what can I do. They told me nothing because it’s his store and now I am trespassing! Yet all I am asking for is fresh fries or my money back! I was told no This is now a civil matter. I am not done telling my story!
