  horrible. placed an online order and got there an hour later still not ready and waited hours. if u can’t acomadate orders then don’t open.

  I ordered one of the burgers the guy who was making it was wearing gloves, grabbed the raw meat, cooked bacon and toasted the bun, and added the vegetables without changing gloves at all. I told them I didn’t want the burger they remade it and he gave me an ugly look.

  I decided to give this Buffalo Wild Wings location another chance to see if anything had improved, but it was still a disappointing experience. Several wings were cold and not fresh, while others were warm, showing poor consistency and quality control. It shouldn’t be hard to toss and serve wings properly, yet the guys in the kitchen continue to miss the basics. On top of that, the way the food was handled didn’t seem sanitary at all, which is unacceptable. After these experiences, I’m honestly traumatized when it comes to eating food from this location. This place is giving Buffalo Wild Wings a bad name. After multiple bad experiences, I won’t be returning. Management seriously needs to focus on cleanliness, kitchen standards, and overall food quality. I’d recommend choosing a different location.
