  Wish i can give no stars , but my order was wrong . The service was horrible , the lady got mad cause I checked if everything was in the bag because this isn't the first time I've had issues with this specific location and its always the same people I keep having issues .

  BWW has gone down in quality over the years, in food and service. Personally feel like people still go here because they’re holding onto hope that it’ll be as good as it used to be. Kitchen staff doesn’t acknowledge or help anyone, just walk around talking with each other or on their phones. Person at the counter is forced to deal with everything themselves, including kitchen’s mistakes. They forgot all of our condiments, celery, carrots, sauce on the side. Gave just the wings and said the order was ready. Drove home and saw they were missing condiments, sides, and even the appetizers we ordered. Drove back, had to wait 10 minutes just for the kitchen to put the new bags together. And after all that waiting, food was room temp by the time we got to eat it. Counter person was apologetic, but kitchen staff showed they couldn’t care less.

  horrible. placed an online order and got there an hour later still not ready and waited hours. if u can’t acomadate orders then don’t open.

  I ordered one of the burgers the guy who was making it was wearing gloves, grabbed the raw meat, cooked bacon and toasted the bun, and added the vegetables without changing gloves at all. I told them I didn’t want the burger they remade it and he gave me an ugly look.

  Food was served quick, workers have great hospitality, very clean on the inside.
