The past two visits have been disappointing due to how rude the staff has become, even though it’s the same people I’ve always seen. On one visit, I ordered my usual coffee, bacon, and hash browns. The employee read the order back correctly, and it was displayed properly on the screen. However, when I received my food, the hash browns were missing. I drove back around to let them know, and the male employee told me I wasn’t charged for them—yet when I checked my bank statement, I clearly was. Then today, when I was placing my order through the speaker, the woman working responded very rudely, saying I was speaking too low and she couldn’t hear me—despite me speaking at a normal level. What’s frustrating is that I’ve always been polite and respectful, and I don’t feel like that same respect has been returned lately. If the staff is unhappy with their job, that’s not the customer’s fault. Sadly, I will not be returning to this location after this repeated behavior.
