Answer was that they are a private franchise and that they are making their employees overcharge the customer on purpose. I’ll rather go to Starbucks down the street instead of here, it’s not like they don’t have the competition in the neighborhood

So disappointed. My coffee hasn't tasted right for multiple weeks and I come here tuesday-friday. How many times can I complain or ask for a replacement ? I can't even return once I'm at work. Like seriously. And no , I don't want dunkin midnight. I usually prefer the original and have had Dunkin midnight in the past . And now I go order a Dunkin midnight because I can't stand the watery coffee, and I'm still given watery original coffee. Something is wrong at this location. I don't know if there is a new hire or what but this place is not making coffee correctly anymore
