  Had a pizza here months ago, medium pepperoni pan pizza. Had asked for extra sauce, wasn't even loaded. The taste of the pizza by the time I arrived home was not even enjoyable, it was cold by the time arriving home after a ten minute drive carryout. It seemed like it wasn't even cooked completely. Sad since I have had better experience from the Dominos on Collins St Joliet.

  Lady answering phones Friday night around midnight 2/27/26 was very rude. Told me she wouldn’t do the $7.99 one topping large carry out special, that I had to order online and that the cost went up to $10. I literally ordered this special a couple days ago and asked her when they stopped offering it. She said 2 days ago lol. So I checked online and turns out she lied to me. Because it’s still a valid special for the same price according to their website. So I called another Dominos and they had no problem giving me the deal. The code for the special is 9220 in case anyone asks for this in the future. Just type it in and the deal is applied. Not that hard. It’s not just that she didn’t honor the deal it was her attitude. I get it, it’s late and I just got off work too but that doesn’t mean you’re entitled to be rude to customers and turn them away. You’re being paid to be there and to take orders. I feel like these are pretty bare minimum expectations…
