  Employee had not seen these coupons and said they would scan and check if they take them. She took the coupon, walked near the register, didn't scan it, and came back and said they don't take them. Not sure what benefit the employee gets from being dishonest. It was not a busy time and there were no other customers in store. Very odd interaction

  Ordered from the following store through the website. The order was never confirmed and was listed for a 2:25am delivery. Tried to call the store several times and goes directly to voicemail. Now I am down money and no food. Subway's website isn't any better either cause you cant talk to a live person.

  Just hope you get one of the ladies. The others will overcharge you if the sandwich is not exactly one of the options on the menu.

  Store was not open a full hour past posted Open hours. Posted hours said they open at 7:30. At 8:30, the doors were locked the lights were off.

  They don’t understand anything you tell them. Made me the wrong sandwich and no refund. Olga doesn’t listen
