  Went early on a Monday and had the place to myself. Ordered the gluten free with Giardiniera and Italian beef. Crust was fresh made and not prepackaged. Came out hot and fresh. So good.

  Quality has definitely taken a dive. Pizza was...simply...not very good. Been coming here for 30+ years. When I arrived to pick up my order no fewer than three employees literally looked right at me walked away, were on their phones for a little bit, talked to each other and helped other customers, and finally after standing there for 10 minutes I said hey would you check my order and it had been sitting in the warmer all along. It wasn’t even busy. be sure to check your pick up orders because I got a side of fried zucchini for eight dollars and look at the picture... Looking like they charge over a dollar per small medallion😂😂😂

  I’ve been a loyal customer of this Ledo Pizza location for over 30 years and have hosted countless family gatherings and parties ordering from here. The wings have always been one of our favorite items, consistent in size and quality. Unfortunately, tonight was very disappointing. The wings we received were noticeably smaller than usual, with only two pieces being the normal size we’ve come to expect from Ledo’s. I called the store to ask if they had changed suppliers because I know what Ledo’s wings typically look like, and these were not it. I politely asked if a replacement order could be provided. The manager, Sandy, told me they could not offer a replacement and that “that’s just how the wings are” and they have no control over them. I understand that restaurants work with suppliers, but dismissing a long-time customer’s concern without any effort to make it right was disheartening. After 30 years of loyalty, I expected better customer service. It’s not just about wing size — it’s about how concerns are handled. I truly hope management reconsiders how they respond to customers who have supported them for decades. Unfortunately, I will be finding a new establishment that values and respects its customers. Very disappointed.
