  Just hope you get one of the ladies. The others will overcharge you if the sandwich is not exactly one of the options on the menu.

  Store was not open a full hour past posted Open hours. Posted hours said they open at 7:30. At 8:30, the doors were locked the lights were off.

  They don’t understand anything you tell them. Made me the wrong sandwich and no refund. Olga doesn’t listen

  I always enjoy my visits to Subway in Countryside. I would like to give a big shout out to Juana. She’s very patient and provides great customer service. Today, I went to get a fresh footlong when I noticed a construction worker ordering 6 footlongs. Even with big orders, she has dedication and great pace. We always enjoy watching her dedication making every footlong. Even if she is busy working she makes time to make customers feel welcome by having short conversations. We wish we could see more employees like her. By the way, she always remembers your favorite orders. She makes the BEST pizza !!!!! Last but not least, the owner is AMAZING! He owns another Subway at Western Springs. If there was a Subway competition in town, I would advise the owner to have Juana. She will make them win the Sub Contest. :) Loyal customer for years.

  ordered a pick up, $18+ for four jalapeños on a 12 foot long. barely any pickles & they didn’t even toast my sandwich. sticking to Jimmy John’s.
