The cashier said she could not take the empty bottle but I had to take it to customer service. I did but there was one person taking care of a lady sending money. There was one man ahead of me. Another lady came out but said she had to audit the cash drawer and she went to the back. I stood there for over 15 minutes before the second lady came out and waited on the man ahead of me. I really considered just leaving. It was only $2 except it was my $2. I truly do not understand not being able to have cashiers able to take the empty bottles. It seems very trivial but I won’t buy it there again.
