As I entered the place and approached their counter it was clear that they have been neglecting it. Cabinets have broken formidable pieces chipped and completely missing. I waited almost 15 minutes for a coffee and a sandwich-not acceptable. While I waited I went to use their bathroom. Filthy!! I have driven past it several times since my first visit- I keep driving until I see the next Dunkins.
