  1. The rice was uncooked and raw, crunch and hard and ruined my whole meal. 2. Please utensils in a plastic cover more towards the front instead of placing it behind the wall so that it is unsupervised. People please do not do things to the utensil. People please before wash utensils before using it. 3. Although typical at all Chipotle restaurants. The food is cold as always and their employees have long, sad faces. As cold as their hard, metal benches and tables. Summary: will never go back to this Chipotle in Melrose Park because the rice is undercooked and the whole meal is subpar. Poor food quality. Not made fresh as their commerical promises. How to fix this Chipotle of Melrose Park? Refund. But I will not be holding my breath or I will be turning blue.

  If I could give them zero stars I would! This location consistently runs out of key ingredients (lettuce, sour cream) and expects you to still want to come back again and again. And they don’t tell you until you get to that part of the order either. Too many local Mexican joints in the area to keep giving a corporation who clearly doesn’t care my money. Update: I reached out to their corporate contact us page and was told “they cannot offer compensation for every order that isn’t perfectly pleasing.” This should tell us all we need to know: 1) Customers complain a lot and 2) Making things like would likely bankrupt the company.

  Pretty disappointed with my online order. I arrived at my exact pick up time, my order was ready, which was great. Opening my bag the bottom of my bowl already felt a little soggy. Fine no big deal. As I open my bowl, the guacamole was already turned dark. Ruined the whole bowl. Flavor was off bc of the guacamole. I also noticed that not all the instructions were followed, like Extra corn.
