The Door dasher they hired 3rd party delivered my order to the wrong location (never came to my home I have a ring-bell for proof), I ended up getting my refund thankfully but the amount of stress and frustration wasn’t worth $45. From the lies by the doordasher and the Pizza Hut staff over talking me on the phone, and hanging up was childish and ridiculous. I respectfully wasn’t even mad about the food, just wanted my refund. I just bought a house here and moved from the Gurnee area and never experienced horrible service like this before. Never got my points or rewards back from this misdelivery. Called and they sound like they don’t wanna lift a finger. Definitely won’t be doing business with Pizza Hut ever again. Y’all lost business of over 10 years for bad representation and poor customer service.
