I ordered a crispy Philly cheesesteak, and what I got was the complete opposite. The sandwich was soggy, mushy, and falling apart — more like baby food than an actual cheesesteak. There was zero crisp, zero texture, and zero care put into it. The bread was soaked, the meat was soft and lifeless, and the whole thing felt like it had been sitting around instead of being made fresh. I understand the name is “Baby’s,” but that doesn’t mean the food should have the consistency of something served out of a jar. This was genuinely disappointing, especially because I’ve been coming here for years and remember when the quality was much better. What makes it worse is their refund policy — or lack of one. If your food is bad, you’re stuck with it. No refund, no accountability. So ordering here now feels like a gamble where you risk paying full price for something that isn’t even edible. The quality has clearly gone downhill, and it’s frustrating to see a place that used to be reliable fall off like this. I even took pictures because I couldn’t believe how bad it was. I won’t be coming back unless something seriously changes. There are too many other places that actually care about the quality of the food they serve.
