  I called to speak with a manager, but the individual who responded was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. When I tried asking a question, she abruptly ended the call by hanging up.

  The quality of service for this place has gone down significantly ever since Michael and Lindsey no longer work there. The staff are very rude and condescending and my order hasn't been right ever since they left. When I recap my order, they cut me off as if they are annoyed that I'm repeating it back to them. Aaaand it's still wrong. New owners/management need to do something to get the customer service in order. I used to visit every morning before work. Now, I go out of my way to try to go to another location because of the service here.

  I have been going to this location for at least 36 years. I especially love this location as the service is great, the workers are ALL so friendly, I’ve been through about 4 managers and all are friendly and efficient. Best service of all at this location vs other local ones. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Karen Donlon
