  Once again, you stared me right in the face while handing me food in the drive through… and never checked to ensure my entire order was in the bag. I drove off because I didn’t have time to turn around and go in. You took $20 from me and now the food you did put in the bag is basically inedible because you could not look at an order, then put the things on the order in a brown paper bag. I’m going to just keep updating this review every time this happens with a score count of how many times your inexplicably $15/hr paid employees can’t read a list and ensure those items are then given to your paying customer. Times Order was correct: 5 Times You Couldn’t match words with items: 4

  Just deleted the app and I already feel better!! Im reclaiming my health and keeping my money..Glad I finally looked at the ingredients and what those words mean..Bread should NOT contain metal, ever!! L-cysteine, comes from human hair and duck feathers..Those arent even the worst ones!! None of those ingredients should be in food!! Its so much worse than I thought!! Also there is that the math doesn't add up, the amount of beef produced is far less than what is sold as "beef" by mcdonalds alone..Its only been a couple of weeks since I ate there but my stomach issues are almost miraculously gone!! Drink your own kool-aid!!

  I ordered curbside from the app and their lazy employees didn't even come out. What is the point of having curbside? I have never experienced this at McDonalds before.

  Three evenings ago, I ordered a quarter pounder meal. I found a tiny rubber band that is worn on braces in my food and in the bottom of my drink was a small black piece of dense plastic like something that broke off a piece of equipment. I think it's possible the employees did this. I'll never eat here again.

  Drive-Thru problem. Two lanes. Three cars had gone by on Lane two and I was now getting a response in lane one. Pulled up to the window, opened the window and I said that I had an app order but no one was answering the intercommon Lane one. She answered that she couldn't hear me because she had her earphone on. She looked frustrated and her response was frustrating. I responded again that I had an app order and wished that she had treated me with a little bit more respect. Her response was I'm sorry. Goodbye. I called the general number on the ticket and left a comment with my phone number and have not had a reply so I decided to write my comment on here. My advice, either go inside the establishment or go to a different McDonald's.
