- TTTawana ThigpenApr 7, 20261.0How can I order my food online at 655pm on Tuesday and my confirmation tell me my order will be in 17-22 mins and I get to Wingstop in Collinsville at 7:05pm pull out on the road reach . I reach into my bag and my fries 🍟 are cold. This wingstop has disappointed me so many times. It is always something wrong with my orders. And I get it I work in Fast-food as well but None of my pickups or online orders will never go out cold. I will not patronize Collinsville Wingstop anymore.

The first time i went there was 2 girls they hace their boyfriends just sitting there while the were working and they gave me an attitude like they were mad i went to buy my food and interrupted their conversation, today again i came to get a pick up order the people that were in there were with the same attitude like they didnt want to give me my order the soda machine didn’t even work and the tea tasted like they never wash their machines it was disgusting if you live near here safe your aelf the trouble and order from another wings stop, trust me youl save your self the bad moment

The lady who took my order was rude, she counted her whole register before taking my order and when tried calling the store they didnt answer im never going back to collinsville location and this was the night crew
- TMTina MoonMar 30, 20261.0This place is horrible they got my whole entire order wrong I asked for 15 count bone in wings I got boneless I asked for 7 piece chicken strips all was not suppose to be sauced but sauce was pouring out of the boxes all over everything poured all over me then I called back told them about it my boyfriend threw away the receipt trusting that these people knew their job but obviously not. He said she gave our receipt to another customer we lost $32.00 on a meal I wouldn’t take for free!!!!!! Moral of the story DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

This time my food was incorrect I ordered hot honey wings & mango habanero yet I received Hawaiian. I asked for Parmesan in my corn & didn’t get any seasoning at all. I also asked for a fry with hot honey rub didn’t receive the fry at all. This place has so much potential but I need employees to start paying better attention to meal tickets.
